$115 per 55-minute session.
Please note that appointments which start late or end early are billed at the full rate.
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. I will provide a receipt for services that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement for an Out of Network Therapist. Please check with your insurance company to determine your benefits and reimbursement rates as this will vary.
I currently accept the following Insurances and EAP:
Aetna (Managed care and EAP)
For Telehealth sessions: please pay with a credit card prior to our session start through the "Payment" tab.
For In Office sessions: Cash and checks are accepted at time of service. If you would like to pay by credit card you may do so through this website under the "Payment" tab. Payment by credit card needs to be completed prior to session start.
If you are unable to make it to your scheduled appointment time and you have not notified me by 5:00 the previous day, you will be responsible for a $45.00 cancellation fee. If you do not show to your appointment you will be responsible for a $95.00 no show fee. Payments must be paid prior to scheduling the next appointment. You may be required to have a Credit Card agreement on file.
